National AIDS Control Council.
The National AIDS Control Council (NACC) is a coordinating body
for the Country's National response to HIV/AIDS disaster as declared
by the President in 1999. The agency is established under the
Office of the President. Operating under five year Strategic Plans
the agency coordinates strategic planning, implemtnation through
constituency or other organisations and monitoring and evaluation.
