Rape = Sexual violence can be defined as any sexual act, attempt to obtain a sexual act, unwanted sexual comments or advances, or acts to traffic women's sexuality, using coercion, threats of harm or physical force, by any person regardless of relationship to the victim, in any setting including but not limited to home and work.

Sexual violence

Includes the use of sexual contact by one person to another against his or her will and may include acts such as forced penetration of the vagina or anus with a penis or other object, touching the perineum including a penis , vagina or anus, oral sex (placing the mnouth or tongue on a person's vagina, penis or anus), rubbing of penis, by hand or other object against another's person's perineum and performing sexual acts with an animal.
