Diabetes What?
Diabetes is a disease where "the body ate its
own flesh" and gave off large quantites of urine. this urine
is sweet, because it is full of sugar.
since urine is sweet it was called mellitus
which means honey. diabetes is a metabolic
disease. metabolism process in body that change food into energy.
Diabetes mellitus is where body have problem change food into
energy(metabolism problem). body produce too much sugar.
Causes of Diabetes.
Diabetes may be heredity mean you get from your parent.
Diabetes also possible lead to fat body.
Time hungry for long time. body keep more sugar to help make energy.
when you start to eat well again and the body continue make sugar
the diabetes possible start.
Symtoms of diabetes.
- More thirsty
- increased hunger and urination.
- poor or blurred vision.
- irritation or infected skin and body weakness.
Complications.
- Kidney failure.
- poor vision and sometimes blindness.
- nerve damage.
- heart problems because of blood vessels diseases, possible stroke-
(heart attack) because of hard or narrow blood vessels.
Good Nutrition
Good nutirtion practices is key to diabetes management. sugar
comes from food that we eat most: starch and cabohydrates. the
body change these food to sugar (glucose) and is stored in muscles
and liver.
You need Doctor advice
Good nutrition improves diabetes medical therapy.
You need doctor advise on which food to eat more.
Diabetes Drugs are available to help control sugar.
You need to change what you eat

You need to change which food to eat together and which not to
eat together.
