:: The Kenya Disability Manifesto
2007 - 2012.
The purpose of the Disability Manifesto is to
provide a protocol to guide a fast tracked implementation of the
Disability Act 2003 backed by domesticated regional and international
standards, as recommended by the disability community in Kenya,
by obligating a social contract with political parties, government
and media, to commit to a disability agenda, during the period
2007 Genenral Elections and up to 2012.
