means to accord different treatment to different persons solely
or mainly as a result of their disabilities and includes using
words, gestures or caricatures that demean, scandalise or embarrass

When you cannot be served by a nurse in a public health facility,
or hear statements expressing negative attitude because of your

to access HIV/AIDS services providers.

the mentally challenged. All need specific and specially designed
HIV/AIDS management strategies that are sensitive to the lifestyle
and cultures that emerge as a result of their disability.
