Holding the umbrella is Joab one of the deaf leaders....doning a Nairobi Deaf VCT T-shirt... note that VCT is fingerspelled and the word deaf is signed.... the T-shirts were quite popular both as a campaign materials and as an advocay tool... quite few behaviour change communication materials were then printed in sign language....
