Disability is not Inability

The US support to date has increased tremendously towards achiveing this goal especially through the PEPFAR programme.....

This programme is supporting several disability organisations by and for persons with disabilites by the years 2006. Including Dandora Deaf self help groups, Kenya sign language research project (KSLRP) under funding managed by the Handicap international. Also throught he Peace Corp programme a department was initiated called BCC in which the volunteers would work in various communities for both including PWD communities to encourage behaviour change towrads reducing the impact of HIV/AIDS.
