::PMTCT Programmes Respects....

* The Right of all people (including PWDs) to information and education about HIV/AIDS.

* The Right of Women and girls (including with Disabilities) to have access to measures for protecting themselves against HIV infection.

* The Right of women (including with Disabilities) to know their HIV status and to have access to voluntary and confidential HIV testing and counselling services.

* The Right of women with disabilities to decide not to be tested.

* The Right of all women and men including those living with disabilities, irrespective of their HIV status, to determine the course of their reproductive lives.

* The right of all people including those living with disabilities to have access to information and services that allow them to protect their own health and the health of their familiies.

* The right of a woman (even with disabilities) to make informed decisionsabout infant feeding based on a range of choices.

* The right of a woman to receiveappropriate support for whichever infant-feeding method she chooses even if she lives with disabilities.

* The right of a child (including those living with disabilities) to survival, development and health.
