Disability is not Inability

:: Sexual signs for the hearing use in Kenya.

Signs are developed from visual expression of the sexaual intercourse. Many of the signs may seem crude, but it is more an expresion of the the development of the sign language in Kenya. The deaf youth have what we may call more polite signs. like rubing the index finger along the moustache area etc.

both of the above sign are directly developed from relationships between the hearing and the deaf, some of which then get integrated into the deaf language. MAny deaf however use these signs for fun or as jokes in common areas.
