Secondly, is a professional matter. Women with disabilities who have work, have been not employed in their real level skills. The reason is that they are vulnerable persons. That is why they can lead neither to be on top. The other aspect according to the profession many women with disabilities miss their employment because of their physical state.

The Boss did not know how she was physically

There was a wheelchair woman, who has a computer literate and she went to present a test. She was the best with remarkable marks among of eleven candidates who presented that test.

The Boss did not know how she was physically, the day she was supposes to start her job, when the Boss realized that she is disable person, he changed his mind and found flimsy reasons to justify that the vacancy had been filled.

And the Boss asked her to come later; it was in 1999 till now she has not been called back to that company. Women who are still learning, ask themselves this question: we are studying but for what target? That makes them unconfident and become very dependent on their families.
